Biography
Rev. Shaun Douglas Marshall is the Founder of Manifest, a movement providing vocational clarity through shared experiences, resources and coaching to help every person live on purpose, follow Christ and influence the world. He also serves as the National Director of Congregational Vitality for the Evangelical Covenant Church. In this role, Shaun provides leadership, resources and support to churches seeking healthy missional change.
Previously, Shaun served as Senior Pastor of Community Covenant Church in Calumet Park, Illinois, Executive Pastor at the Citadel of Faith Covenant Church in Detroit, Michigan, and Associate Minister and Director of Church Operations at New Life Covenant Church in Chicago. As a Coach, Consultant and Speaker, Shaun has worked with organizations such as NewThing, the Lutheran Church Planting Network, and the Willow Creek Association, equipping leaders to transform organizations, plant churches, and impact communities. He is passionate about helping people and organizations to discover purpose, navigate transitions and leverage opportunities that move vision forward.
